Quality Assurance Officer & Hospitality Coordinator

Become part of our Fostering Support Team with the Hazel Project, an organisation that provides “Outstanding” foster care across London and the home counties.  

This position is full time (Monday to Friday) and will be predominantly based in our Medway office, with opportunities to work from our Kent & Essex offices.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Provide administrative support to Fostering Supervisors, Foster Parents and other departments as required

  • Undertake unannounced visits, new family visits and home visits as required

  • Undertake audits and reviews of child and family accounts in order to maintain best practice

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and hospitality services for guests and employees.

  • Ensure high quality communication via various channels, e.g. face to face, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

  • Identify & liaise with caterers for training, lunches and other hospitality requests.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
