Xcel 2000 is a UK registered independent fostering provider that provides foster care services across Kent, Essex, Croydon and Hertfordshire. Our aim is always the same: to ensure the highest quality foster care placement service for children and the community. 

Xcel 2000 was launched back in April 2000 and has grown quickly to become a fully established provider of quality foster care to Local Authorities across the South East and beyond. We are very proud to be a preferred provider to the Easterns Region local authorities all London Authorities and Kent and Medway.  Xcel is the Regional and National lead agency for all of the independent providers through Fostering Network and is also a member of the British Association of Fostering & Adoption (BAAF).
